This presentation provides an overview of the differences between the US and EU regulatory systems for conventional food products.
The presentation will address questions such as:
- If my product’s ingredients are approved in the US as a food additive or GRAS, will it be compliant for the EU member states?
- What are the procedures and requirements for marketing authorization in the EU vs the US and what are the time frames involved?
- Are US facility cGMP’s adequate for the EU?
